The Perfect Location: Surrounded by the enchanting scenery of alpine peaks and Mediterranean flair, the hotel is like a beautiful painting come to life. With a central lily pond and splendid gardens, it's no wonder that even the empress Elisabeth of Austria loved to wander here.
High Food and Drink Prices.

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel Bellevue - Adults Only. The classic and elegant atmosphere of the hotel made us feel like we were stepping back in time. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. The comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep, and the bathroom had great water pressure. The warmth and comfort throughout the hotel were exceptional. The delicious breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing us to use a private business room for an important call after checkout.

The rooms at Grand Hotel Bellevue are absolutely blissful. They are like a cozy little sanctuary, with a seating area where you can just sink into the soft cushions and forget all your worries. As a light sleeper, I slept like a baby in these rooms.
The only thing I didn't quite fancy was the bright lighting in the room. But hey, that's just my personal taste.

We stayed at a traditional and grand hotel with a long history. the building had an older grand exterior but was freshly fitted out inside. the breakfast was good and the room decor was simple but clean and comfortable. the hotel had a modest courtyard car park and a large garage, which was a major advantage for us since we were touring with classic cars. the location was great, just a short walk to the old town centre, restaurants, and bars. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we were able to check into our rooms early.
We enjoyed our one night stay very much. Cons: Nothing to fault.

The hotel has an ideal location within walking distance of main attractions and a train station nearby. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast selection had a variety of delicious pastries and good coffee.
Some amenities such as air conditioning, fridge and a kettle were missing in the rooms. the beds were uncomfortable with a noticeable dip in the middle.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was basic but quiet, thanks to the small terrace overlooking the car park. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke multiple languages fluently. The location was excellent, with easy access to the bus and train station and a short walk to the town center. The grandeur of the building added to the nostalgic atmosphere.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more inspiring tidbits.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the attractions in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel had a grand and elegant atmosphere, with beautiful decor that transported me back in time. My room was modern and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start my day. I cannot wait to return!
While this hotel is a perfect choice for adults looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, families may not find it suitable.

I absolutely adored the charming and elegant decor of this hotel. The beautiful furnishings and traditional style created a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. The general areas, such as the bar and lounge, were so inviting and comfortable. I especially appreciated how accessible the hotel was for senior people like myself. The staff were always there to assist me, and there were no obstacles or stairs that made it difficult for me to get around. It was such a relief to stay in a place that catered to my needs.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for seniors, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more considerate and understanding of my needs as an older guest.

The Botanical Gardens: I felt like royalty as I strolled through the stunning Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, just like Empress Elisabeth of Austria. The natural beauty surrounding the central lily pond was truly enchanting.
Heater Issue: The bathroom heater in our room wasn't working properly. The staff tried to fix it but the problem persisted.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing with great coffee. , the location was ideal - walking distance to both the train and bus stations and the town center.
The room was a bit basic and could have used some modern amenities like air conditioning and a fridge. , the internet was slow and unreliable, which was a bit frustrating.
